Our aim is to provide products that are as accurate as possible at a fair price.  We have a rigorous quality assurance process and nothing leaves our hands until we are happy that the quality is the best that we can achieve. We constantly strive to provide customer service that we would expect for ourselves.

SUSTAINABILITY:

We have been described as ‘Hippies, with guns!’…
Most of our products use plastics, resins and other such eco-sensitive materials and living by the coast and being surrounded by mother nature, this can sometimes be a little conflicting.
With that in mind, we try to reduce/re-use/recycle where ever possible to minimise our impact on the environment as well as reducing waste.
All of our left over plastic and metals are recycled at a local facility rather than going into landfill.
So please don’t be offended if you don’t get a shiny new box on Big Brown Box day.
It’s quite possible we’ll re-use one that has come to us in some way shape or form.
